The Client Challenge – Our client, a renowned global 2-Wheeler automotive brand with a presence across various countries and representing an iconic brand, tasked us with creating a research report. This report entailed mapping the key talent available within the Product Development function among the leading EV companies in the Indian market.

• We successfully delivered the mandate on behalf of our client, a global automotive brand to provide for a confidential report comprising of an Organogram with the mapping of the entire universe of talent in the Product Development and R&D functions of each EV company operating in India.
• Our organogram provided for the organisation structure and the reporting relationships between the different people starting from the CEO and five levels down including the job profiles at each level within that organisation. There was a detailed mapping undertaken through extensive primary and secondary research of every automotive EV company in India including large players and start-ups to find out the respective people working in these organisations, their designations and role, qualifications and education, experience levels etc.
• Our delivery process resulted in generating a detailed organogram report along with the complete list of critical talent at each hierarchy level and relevant data within the organisational set-up. This report was presented to the CHRO and CEO of our client for their internal analysis.
• This research mandate enabled us to interact with executives from every EV company in India and helped build a meaningful database of potential EV talent.
