Compensation Mapping
- We successfully delivered the mandate on behalf of our client, a global real estate PMC to provide for a confidential report comprising of the compensation structures including base salaries, fixed and variable components, allowances and perks, stock options or ESOPs etc., applicable for leadership and senior management talent working at different levels in similar organisations within the industry.
- Our deliverables included an organogram with the mapping of leadership and senior management talent of the top 20 PMCs operating in India. The organogram provided for the organisation structure and the reporting relationships between the different people starting from the CEO and two levels down including the job profiles at each level within that organisation. There was a detailed mapping undertaken through extensive primary and secondary research of these companies to find out the respective people working in these organisations, their designations and role, qualifications and education, experience levels etc.
- Our delivery methodology resulted in generating a detailed organogram report along with crucial compensation data at the top three levels in hierarchy. This report was presented to our client Managing Director for benchmarking his internal compensation structure to remain competitive and relevant in the industry.
- This research mandate enabled us to interact with the senior management team of most PMCs in India and get an insight into prevailing compensation structures.
